Aspire Executive Search’s Post

Our warmest congratulations to Stephanie Creasy on her appointment as Chief Technology Officer of AA New Zealand. The New Zealand Automobile Association is one of New Zealand’s most recognised and respected brands. It is an organisation with a rich and proud history, and a bright and promising future. The AA has been guiding life’s journeys for 121 years, they’re a trusted partner to their members and a permanent feature on our country’s landscape. Engaging with over 2.3 million Kiwis, it is an organisation of considerable diversity and complexity. A digital native, Stephanie’s early working experience was developed in consulting capacities, advising many of New Zealand’s leading corporates on digital strategy, product and process development.  Demonstrating impressive progression, her consulting career would culminate with her appointment as Managing Director of Digital Arts Network \ New Zealand.  Transitioning client side, Stephanie would then join ANZ where she would hold a succession of Tribe Lead and General Management roles, leading significant programmes of digital transformation with large operational workforces.  Most recently, she has been at Genesis, initially leading all technology product chapters, digital platforms, and digital initiatives, before being promoted into a role investigating the new services, propositions and technologies that will support New Zealand’s transition to a lower carbon energy future. Stephanie brings that unique combination of technical expertise, strategic and leadership acumen, relationship building ability, plus a firm grasp on the future technologies that will allow the AA to continue to evolve and prosper. She will undoubtedly add value as part of the Executive Leadership Team, and we wish her all the best in her new role. As always, our deepest thanks to Nadine Tereora and Vicki Caisley for the opportunity to support them on this process, and gratitude to Philippa Curtis for all her hard work in support of this outcome. #lifesjourneys #CTO #aspireappoints
