You don't need to impress everyone. You need to be yourself. >> Stop: Trying to please everyone Overloading your feed with content Faking perfection >> Start: Embracing your flaws Focusing on what you do best Connecting with like-minded people >> This is how you attract the right audience. Stay true to your values. Let others chase the approval of the masses.

Don't please the algorithm. Please your audience. Write stuff that your audience can learn from, take action with, and most importantly, enjoy. Having said that, context matters. Pleasing your audience doesn't mean pandering to them. It means producing valuable content that your audience appreciates while still being aligned to your own values, principles, and integrity. So write on! And don’t stop till you attract your people, and your people find you. A self reminder, evidently 😆

A well-crafted headline has the power to leave a lasting impression. No one remembers a bland headline, but they will remember the headline that made them click. So, how do we craft such headlines? We understand our audience, deliver value, keep it simple and direct, and most importantly, make it about them, not us. Because at the end of the day, it's not about what we want to say, but what they want to hear. Let's craft headlines that matter Dm me to nail those headlines.

I see professionals like doctors or lawyers use complicated terminology that might be normal to them but difficult for the average person. What should happen is that you dial that complexity down so more people can understand your message. Your goal is always to simplify your message. Whenever you make content, whether it’s a post, video, or blog, your goal should always be to simplify your message. If your target audience struggles to understand what you’re saying, you’re missing the mark. Simplify, and make sure your message lands.
