Don't please the algorithm. Please your audience. Write stuff that your audience can learn from, take action with, and most importantly, enjoy. Having said that, context matters. Pleasing your audience doesn't mean pandering to them. It means producing valuable content that your audience appreciates while still being aligned to your own values, principles, and integrity. So write on! And don’t stop till you attract your people, and your people find you. A self reminder, evidently 😆

Just because of this, you lose the connection with your true audience. Want to know what it is? It’s this: ↡ you’re speaking to everyone and reaching no one. When you try to please everyone, your message becomes vague, diluted, and forgettable. Clarity and focus are the secrets to impact. When you speak to everyone, no one feels seen. Ask yourself: → Who do I truly want to help? → What problems can I uniquely solve? → What value can I offer that stands out? When you get clear on your audience, everything changes: ↳ Your content becomes relatable. ↳ Your message feels authentic. ↳ Your audience feels seen and heard. You don’t need everyone to agree with you. You just need the right ones to listen. 💕 Bonus: → Focus on creating for one ideal audience. ↳ The more specific you get, the more you’ll grow.

I did not care for my audience for 2years. This was my case from 2022 through 2023. Don't blame me, I thought I would grow if I satisfied my own interests. So I ignored my audience, And only wrote contents to show that I knew so much about a topic. I would: - Jumble up information together, - Cramp up multiple words in one article, - Paint a vivid picture with words unnecessarily. This left me with a confused audience, Low views, No engagements, No leads. Things took a turn when I changed my focus to my target audience. 🤎 Talked to them directly, 🤎 Stuck to the purpose of a content, 🤎 Gave information without wasting time, 🤎 Highlighted a problem then provided the solution. You see, The first step to developing target-audience specific contents Is to understand WHO you are creating for.
