AI and technology are amazing to track. However, the value of human beings still doing jobs with excellence is hard to underestimate. Prior to becoming a business owner, I was in corporate sales for Alexander's Mobility Services. Their culture of delivering excellence as demonstrated in this clip of J.R. Perez, always amazed me. It put into action the quote by George Washington Carver, “When you do the common things in an uncommon way, you will command the attention of the world.” Moving the household of a family across country can be considered a menial job. Yet if it is done poorly it can be a traumatic life experience. Done well, it is a huge blessing and I saw excellence delivered thousands of times during my career with Alexander’s. From this experience, we developed one of the four values of Easy Step Enterprises dba The Good Feet Store, which is Persistent Diligence: “Having a champion’s commitment to excellence. We believe the truth of the timeless proverb, “Slack habits and sloppy work are as bad as vandalism.” Proverbs 18:9 Well done Don Hill and Alexander’s. #qualityservice #relocation #businessculture
Alexanders is so much more than a mover on moving day! JR Perez always leaves a job site better than he found it! Easy to see why he is a nominee for “Best of the Best” and our Milt Hill Spirit Award recipient. Turn it up! Who does this? WE DO!

The top 3 things I learnt from spending a week at Dan Pena's castle 1) Have a thick skin, business is tough, people will do you over, call you names and lie about you. Dan Treats his mentees tough to prepare them for this. 2) You can improve your chances of winning against people smarter than you simply by out working them. Dan makes you stay up late watching videos about business while having a few drinks then wants you up bright and early ready to attack the day He does this to replicate life. Most people will lay in and rest the morning after, the winners will get up and attack the day no matter what 3) Leverage others peoples reputations and skillsets. I have done this relentlessly and make sure I only partner with people better than me in my weak areas

Planning for 2025; who doesn't love discussing business over cake 🍰 One of the things we value at Crisp is our partnerships and long-term relationships with our clients, and their trust in us. It's important as its helps us to ensure that they meet their learning and development needs and get the absolute most out of the courses. #Goals #TrainingNeeds #LearningandDevelopment #Meeting #Cake
Lovely lunch with one of my favourite clients today - thank you Leanna Massey and Michaela Robbins for joining me and for continuing to place your trust in Crisp Professional Development. Can't wait to work with you and City West Country throughout 2025.

Monday, October 14, 2024 Give life to excellence Nothing equals the satisfaction of a job well done. Create some of that satisfaction in your own life today. When you’re engaging in effort, proactively put your competence into it. Whatever it is you’re doing, you have the opportunity to do it with excellence. You live every moment with yourself. Do all you can to advance the quality of that time. Excellence is its own reward. And it produces benefits that extend far beyond you. Seek to discover some of the excellence you’re capable of bringing to life. Build upon that excellence to inspire and drive even more. Whatever you find yourself doing, do it well. Give life to excellence, and give excellence to your life. — Ralph Marston

𝑺𝑻𝑰𝑳𝑳 𝑭𝑬𝑬𝑳𝑺 𝑺𝑼𝑹𝑹𝑬𝑨𝑳! It honestly took some time for everything to sink in & in full bliss, I can’t genuinely believe 𝗜𝗧 𝗙𝗜𝗡𝗔𝗟𝗟𝗬 𝗛𝗔𝗣𝗣𝗘𝗡𝗘𝗗 ✨And as poetic as it sounds, 𝙞𝙩’𝙨 𝙢𝙤𝙧𝙚 𝙩𝙝𝙖𝙣 𝙬𝙝𝙖𝙩 𝙄 𝙤𝙣𝙡𝙮 𝙖𝙨𝙠𝙚𝙙 𝙛𝙤𝙧. 𝗧𝗼𝘁𝗮𝗹 (𝗻𝗲𝘁) 𝗯𝘂𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝗼𝗳 ₱𝟱𝟭𝟰 𝗠𝗜𝗟𝗟𝗜𝗢𝗡 𝗶𝗻 𝗮𝗯𝘀𝗼𝗹𝘂𝘁𝗲 𝘃𝗮𝗹𝘂𝗲… not an easy feat! I can say I literally pushed my own limits - physically, mentally, strategically and even spiritually! But what really amazes me so much more were the people that stood beside me that also pushed theirs - as I contemplate this holy week, I realized I may own this memento, 𝗯𝘂𝘁 𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗿𝗲𝗰𝗼𝗴𝗻𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝘄𝗮𝘀 𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗹𝗹𝘆 𝗻𝗼𝘁 𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗲 𝗮𝗹𝗼𝗻𝗲, it was not even for the sales closed! It was for the intangible things we gained as a sales channel & as a team along the way - the 𝙬𝙞𝙨𝙙𝙤𝙢 earned from the challenges we overcame, the 𝙨𝙩𝙧𝙚𝙣𝙜𝙩𝙝𝙚𝙣𝙚𝙙 𝙧𝙚𝙡𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣𝙨𝙝𝙞𝙥𝙨 after each hurdle, the 𝙩𝙧𝙪𝙨𝙩, 𝙨𝙪𝙥𝙥𝙤𝙧𝙩 & 𝙜𝙪𝙞𝙙𝙖𝙣𝙘𝙚 our leaders granted, the 𝙛𝙪𝙡𝙛𝙞𝙡𝙡𝙢𝙚𝙣𝙩 from solutions creatively crafted both for present and (to avoid) future dilemmata, and especially to the more 𝙘𝙤𝙢𝙥𝙖𝙨𝙨𝙞𝙤𝙣𝙖𝙩𝙚 & 𝙙𝙞𝙨𝙘𝙚𝙧𝙣𝙞𝙣𝙜 person I had become. Ironically, what makes it more special was that this was bestowed on a very special day too - My only daughter’s birthday! The number 1 reason why I do what I do and why I always aim to give it my best. (Isn’t that a blessing or what?) Now 𝑨𝑳𝑳 𝑻𝑯𝑬𝑺𝑬 are much more valuable than the plaque itself. Indeed, priceless rewards reaped as I close my chapter rendering service with a 💙 as Metro Manila South Luzon (Sales) Channel Head 😊
