You have 1 job, work 40 hours a week and you're still moaning and causing trouble. I have 3 jobs, work 70/80 hours a week get s*** done and bother no one. It all comes down to your work ethic, your mentality and your time management. There's a whole lot of people doing little and moaning a lot, and very few people doing a lot talking little. It's all about how you choose to be and choose to look at life and others. You can consciously choose to be a top performer or you can choose to be a chronic complainer who does little. Ultimately it all comes down to your choices. Choose to be absolute greatness! It benefits you and everyone around you. You have the power to be and become. Bring your power back and make it happen. I am happy to see this video 😊 because I strongly believe it is very important to have fun at work. Don't you agree? Let's go through why this is vital: 1- Fun at work boosts morale and motivation. Staff look forward to coming to work because they enjoy their tasks AND the atmosphere. Therefore, they are more engaged, enthusiastic, and motivated. 2- Fun at work encourages employee's well-being by insuring a better work-life balance and promoting a healthy work environment. 3- Fun at work attracts and retains talent. If you work in a positive workplace wouldn't you talk about it? Well, by doing this, you'll be helping making it an attractive place to work. 4- Fun at work enhances creativity and innovation because when people are relaxed and having fun, their minds are more open to thinking out of the box. New ideas and unconventional solutions flow because they know they're working in an atmosphere that encourages experimentation and doesn't punish failure. 5- Fun at work strengthens team cohesion, encouraging staff to trust and support one another, leading to an improved collaboration and communication. Talking about having fun at work doesn't mean we need to create a playground atmosphere or detract from the seriousness of the job. Naaah ! Work, is where we spend most of our waking hours, people!
