The top 3 things I learnt from spending a week at Dan Pena's castle 1) Have a thick skin, business is tough, people will do you over, call you names and lie about you. Dan Treats his mentees tough to prepare them for this. 2) You can improve your chances of winning against people smarter than you simply by out working them. Dan makes you stay up late watching videos about business while having a few drinks then wants you up bright and early ready to attack the day He does this to replicate life. Most people will lay in and rest the morning after, the winners will get up and attack the day no matter what 3) Leverage others peoples reputations and skillsets. I have done this relentlessly and make sure I only partner with people better than me in my weak areas

4 things to start the day. 1) Remember that winners do what losers don't want to do. 2) When you arrive at your job in the morning let the first thing you say brighten everyone's day. 3) Don't rain on other people's parades. 4) Never waste an opportunity to tell someone you love them.

Winning and losing are often narrowly defined. Thinking about how you measure success is important, particularly in difficult situations. This weekend, the East Kilbride Pirates lost heavily but were there wins which didn't show up on the scoreboard? Read today's blog to find out! (link in the first comment)

God’s Plan Always Comes Full Circle 🙌 10 months ago, I boldly approached Andy Elliot at the Vault event in Miami. I asked him to test me on objection handling—a moment that left me both challenged and inspired. His words still resonate: "You’re coachable, and you can go far in this business." At the time, I imagined our next meeting might be for a job opportunity or coaching session to help grow my sales career. Fast forward to July 2024, God had a completely different plan. I wasn’t meeting Andy to climb a corporate ladder—I was standing in his executive office in Arizona, alongside my mentor Steve Weatherford, serving the Kingdom. That day, Steve shared his powerful testimony with the Elliott Army, and over 400 people gave their lives to Christ. 🙏 I showed Andy a photo of us from the Vault event and shared how I’m now leading sales for Steve, helping expand a platform that glorifies God. What Andy said next hit me deeply: "Sales is like ministry." And he was right. My flesh once desired success at any cost, but my spirit was always destined to serve the Lord. What felt like a "full-circle" moment wasn’t about me—it was about amplifying the Kingdom. God’s timing and purpose are greater than anything we could ever plan for ourselves. Let this be a reminder: when we surrender our skills, careers, and dreams to God, He’ll use them for His glory in ways we could never imagine. 🙌 #KingdomFirst #PropheticEntrepreneur #FaithAndFinance #GodsPlan #KingdomLeadership #ChristianBusiness #SalesAndMinistry #FullCircleMoments #PurposeOverProfit

Helping clients find the right franchise brand for their strengths and working with them through due diligence, funding, and legal considerations is half of the battle. con·si·glie·re /kän-(ˌ)si-glē-ˈye-rē/ noun a person who serves as an adviser or counselor to the leader of a criminal organization. I'm told this is 75% of what I do with coachees... minus ordering hits, of course. 20% is fire starting... 5% is Hugger In Chief. The only reason I don't use "consigliere" as a working title is that most people see it and ask me to: 1. Order a car service 2. Make dinner reservations 3. Score last-minute tickets to the matinee of "Hamilton" -------------- Need your own consigliere? Bryoncé's got your back.
