Conversion statuses in Campaign Manager

Check the status of your conversions to better understand the signals received from your website. 

Important to know

Update your Google Tag Manager tags to avoid data streaming interruptions - If you added an access token to your Google Tag Manager tags before November 2024, it’ll expire one year after creation. This will stop your data from streaming until it’s renewed. We recommend updating your tags now to avoid any disruptions. Learn how to access your LinkedIn API access token and update your Google Tag Manager tags. Once these steps are completed, new tokens will no longer expire.


Please note, you’ll also need to reauthenticate your token if the LinkedIn member who authenticated the integration leaves your organization. You’ll need to reauthenticate with a LinkedIn member who is a part of your organization.

Find your conversion status

To find your conversion status: 

  1. Go to your ad account in Campaign Manager.

  2. Click Measurement on the left menu, then click Conversion tracking.

  3. You’ll see the status of your conversion in the Status column. Click the status for more information on your conversion.

Conversions API statuses - When you click the status in the table you can see detailed information about your conversion, such as the number of events detected in the past seven days, last signal received, match rate, and matching parameters. Keep in mind, it can take up to a few hours for the event count and match rate to populate. The status will update in real time.

Here's a tip

For Insight Tag conversions - If you see Unverified as your status, try visiting your website to trigger the Insight Tag. The Insight Tag will send a signal when someone visits a page on your website that has the tag properly implemented.
