Work & Mother provides an outsourced, full service mother's room service for commercial office buildings. The Work & Mother Suites are fully equipped, enabling women to continue pumping breast milk after they've returned to work following childbirth, and making it easy for employers to satisfy FLSA obligations. Work & Mother is more than just a room. It's a safe environment & supportive community that makes the motherhood-career balancing act more manageable. The facilities are fully equipped—pumps, supplies, etc.—which means no lugging extra equipment to & from the office each day. Employees can discreetly step out of the office, visit the W&M Suite, & be back at their desks in a timely manner--all without any office disruption, risk of vulnerability or HR violations.
