We surpassed $1 billion in home improvement loan originations! 🎉 That is $1 billion worth of projects funded for over 2,000 contractor partners - 65,000 loans that have empowered homeowners to enhance their living spaces, improve energy efficiency, and increase property value through essential upgrades. We began building our home improvement loan program just over two years ago, with the first loan funded in November 2022. Within a few months, we reached $1 million in originations; in less than a year, we hit the $100 million mark. Two years and $1 billion in originations later, we’re incredibly proud of the entire team for their hard work and dedication that have driven this success. Together, we are building a business that enhances the lives of homeowners across the country.

During the peak of unofficial San Francisco summer, we threw our annual summer party! Our SF team enjoyed an action-packed afternoon filled with pickleball, cornhole, rock climbing, bocce, basketball, and volleyball. Between the games, we shared plenty of laughs, great food, and drinks. There’s nothing better than spending an afternoon with teammates who genuinely enjoy each other’s company.
