Our favorite part of the holiday season is spending time together and creating moments of joy. This year, one of those moments was collecting and donating over 100 toys to the Ronald McDonald House of Dallas. During a medical crisis, families' lives are turned upside down, and the Ronald McDonald House provides a warm, welcoming space where they can stay together and find comfort—especially during the holidays. We’re grateful to have been a small part of bringing some extra joy to these families this season.

Texas ranks last when it comes to access to mental health care. Organizations like The Center for Integrative Counseling and Psychology are critical to the North Texas community. As demand for mental health services continues to grow, The Center tapped into Two Roads Consulting to help shape its go-forward strategy so the organization can continue to serve more patients. With a focus on scalability, we helped The Center develop the capability to manage and forecast the break-even point for their counseling program, dynamically modeling different scenarios aimed at maximizing utilization and driving operational efficiency, while maintaining a high quality of care. We’re proud of our North Texas roots and are committed to strengthening the community and environment around us. This #GivingTuesday, with the support of our client network, we’re donating to three incredible local nonprofit partners: The Birthday Party Project brings joy and celebration to children and their families experiencing homelessness. High-Tech High Heels North Texas empowers young women in STEM. North Texas Food Bank provides vital meals and support to those in need. The donations we collected as a thank you from our Executive Outlook survey will directly impact the DFW community, helping to uplift, empower, and spread much needed joy. We’re honored to play a role in strengthening DFW and thank you for your support.

As we gather for Thanksgiving, we’re reflecting on everything we’re grateful for this year. At Two Roads, we prioritize creating moments of connection. In our most recent All Hands, we did just that by celebrating our wins, reviewing key company updates, and of course engaging in some friendly competition. Our emerging leaders took the lead by presenting a fantastic Year-In-Review presentation, highlighting the incredible work our team accomplished and initiatives we implemented in 2024. This wasn’t just a recap of our 2024 successes—it was a purposeful opportunity to hone their professional skills and develop reporting capabilities among a trusted team. We also played a game of “Guess Who” with childhood photos of the Two Roadie team. There’s no better way to deepen your connection than bonding over terribly cute yearbook photos!! Earlier this week, Common Desk at Energy Square hosted a Veterans Day celebration to honor the courageous men and women who have bravely served our country. 🇺🇸 A huge thank you to Karis Childres and Alexandra Sempek for organizing such a meaningful event, complete with a beautiful National Anthem performance and a catered lunch. Your thoughtful planning made this day truly special.
