👀 Oh, we are definitely watching! Ad Age has named The Many's own Crystal Chou as a Media Buyer to Watch in 2025, but we knew her before the fame. All jokes aside, as Group Media Director, Crystal has been a leader in our media practice and has been key to revamping the group’s cross-discipline approach to creative, media, and analytics. A very well-deserved honor! #kudos #media #mediabuying #adage #advertising

I'm super proud of this one. I also really wanted to savor it once it had launched and just enjoy the work being out in the world. So I did. But, as a granddaughter of a WWII POW and veteran, our latest campaign with Wounded Warrior Project and The Many has been a top highlight of my career. WARRIORS ON BOARD tells the stories of 11 veterans, who were provided skateboards as a canvas to express themselves– because experiences like trauma, depression, and PTSD are incredibly difficult to articulate into words. Our Warriors conveyed their feelings about the military, their time in and out of service, and the impact WWP and art has had in their lives, drawing on themes of visibility, transcendence, connection, hope, and more. Stop scrolling!! ➡️ Visit WarriorsOnBoard.org ⬅️ and spend some time exploring our 11 Warriors' artwork and stories, there is no doubt that one (or more) of the boards will resonate with you (oh, and today is the **last day of the sweepstakes**, where you can win one as well!) 🎨 🛹 🇺🇸 We launched on Veterans Day with professional skateboarder Ryan Sheckler and adaptive skater and U.S. Navy veteran, Harley Meagley, bonding over their passion for skating and the importance of mental health care, art as an outlet, and how WWP supports the invisible injuries affecting many veterans' lives. We also enlisted some key audience influencers in the mental health, artist, art therapy, and skateboarding space to highlight their own mental health strategies and galvanize their communities to engage with their favorite Warrior decks for a chance to win one of their own. Lastly, and most importantly, it was an honor to work so closely with all of the Warriors involved. Thank you for your trust in me with every step of the process (and there were A LOT of steps). Thank you for your willingness to give your authentic self to the campaign. We could not have done this without you– and your lived truths are so vital to tell. My utmost gratitude for your participation. 🫶 🗣️ HUGE SHOUTOUT to the entire team that brought this incredibly important campaign to life! Alli Adamonis Maggie Cadigan Josh Paialii Leo Jay Hurst Mia Bawale Michael Chesler Carly Austein Ailyn Ventura Jacqueline Alves Hayley Gubala Matthew Moraski Kareem Cervantes Cecilia Ortega Edwin Barrera and so many more. Thank you to our partners at Realtime Media and 14Four. p.s. still cannot believe we pulled off 5 remote shoots in 9 days, The Many Studios is legend 😮💨

I’ve been grateful to help launch and learn from so many campaigns over the years, but this one hit different. As a son, grandson, nephew, colleague and friend of several inspiring veterans, our latest collaboration between Wounded Warrior Project and The Many has been a special one to see come to life. Warriors On Board tells the stories of 11 veterans from all across the country and the impact art therapy through WWP has had on their mental health journeys since returning home. Each Warrior was given a blank skateboard deck as a canvas to express their unique perspective of perseverance, resilience and support through art. And their artworks are available to explore and win at warriorsonboard.org. The campaign launched on Veterans Day with pro skater Ryan Sheckler and U.S. Navy Veteran and adaptive skater, Harley Meagley, sitting down to talk about the invisible wounds affecting many warriors’ lives and how they’ve found healing with art. A big thank you to our partners at Wounded Warrior Project, especially Dave Sonsky and each of the veterans who gave us the honor to sit down with them and share their stories. And a massive shoutout to the entire team that helped bring this important conversation and endeavor to life: Aimee Brodbeck Nate Totten Leo Jay Hurst Mia Bawale Michael Chesler Adam McGinnes Ayanna Hart The Many Studios Kate DeMallie Reza R. In honor of Veterans Day 11/11, we created Warriors On Board - where 11 veterans were given 11 skateboards as a canvas to create art that expresses their mental health journey for Wounded Warrior Project 🇺🇸🫡 And we’re launching with pro skater, Ryan Sheckler, and U.S. Navy Veteran and adaptive skater, Harley Meagley, skating and talking about the invisible wounds affecting many warriors’ lives and how they’ve found healing. We’ll be rolling out more content with Wounded Warrior Project all month long, so give them a follow on Instagram and stay tuned for a big upcoming announcement! Huge congrats to our clients who will always ensure that veterans are not forgotten. We’re so grateful to be part of the journey and thank you for the trust you put in us to tell these warriors’ stories. #veteransday #warriorsonboard
