Nestled in the historic town of Everett, Massachusetts—first settled in 1630 and incorporated in 1870—the Hanover Everett project is set to be a major addition to this vibrant community, now home to over 50,000 residents. This 6-story mixed-use development features five stories of Type III construction over one level of elevated concrete podium slab, along with an adjacent precast concrete garage. The building will house 340 residential units, a mix of 1 & 2-bedroom apartments, and over 4,000 square feet of retail space, making it a prime location for both living and commerce. Residents will enjoy a range of amenities, including a courtyard with a pool, a dog park, and the garage offering 435 vehicle parking spaces and 340 bike spots. Throughout the design phases, our team worked closely with Stantec architects and Blakeslee Precast, focusing on the garage's exterior skin and overall aesthetics to ensure a seamless integration of form and function.
