Both our Nashville and MidAtlantic teams participated in GINGERTOWN™, a unique holiday tradition combining creativity, collaboration, and community impact. This festive event brings architects, engineers, and building enthusiasts together to construct an entire village made of gingerbread and candy—all for a great cause! Pieces of the completed Gingertown will be delivered to local non-profit organizations, spreading holiday cheer and supporting their missions, along with proceeds from the event. Each year, a new theme inspires the town’s design, featuring everything from chocolate-paved streets to candy cane lamp posts and sugar-spun green spaces. We’re proud to be part of this initiative that brings together craftsmanship, creativity, and community spirit during the holiday season.

Here's what they learned: 𝗔 𝗕𝗼𝗼𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗦𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗼𝗿 Attendees expressed strong interest in the advanced manufacturing space, recognizing it as a key opportunity for future growth. Most companies remain optimistic about the sector, with continued expansion anticipated over the next decade. 𝗦𝗽𝗲𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗹𝗶𝘇𝗲𝗱 𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝘁𝗶𝘀𝗲 𝗡𝗲𝗲𝗱𝗲𝗱 Advanced manufacturing's highly specialized nature has led many firms to prioritize hiring expert consultants over building internal teams. 𝗖𝗵𝗮𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗻𝗴𝗲𝘀 𝗶𝗻 𝗨.𝗦. 𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗮𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻 Bringing advanced manufacturing facilities to the U.S. presents unique challenges, including navigating complex supply chains, optimizing for advanced technologies, and ensuring certainty of outcomes during construction. Trusted partners are critical to overcoming these hurdles. 𝗔 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗺𝗶𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗙𝘂𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲 The conference underscored that advanced manufacturing is not just an opportunity but a necessity for companies aiming to stay competitive in a rapidly evolving industry. With the right partners, developers and businesses alike can capitalize on this momentum while addressing the sector’s unique challenges.
