We are excited to spotlight the Hanover Lakemont Multi-Family Project, located at 7102 Mason Road, Richmond, TX, just a stone’s throw from the VSMsq headquarters. This expansive development spans a total building area of 380,596 square feet, including 360 apartment units, a 12,359-square-foot parking garage, a thoughtfully designed clubhouse and various amenity spaces. The three- and four-story wood-framed buildings sit on a post-tensioned slab on grade, with ample surface parking to accommodate residents and guests. Construction kicked off on November 13, 2024, and the team is already making great strides. Nestled in Richmond, Texas, Lakemont neighborhood offers its residents convenient access to the Westpark Tollway and Grand Parkway 99, while maintaining a tranquil community feel. Amenities like two resort-style pools, a lakeside entertainment area, and scenic trails ensure that Lakemont residents have plenty of opportunities to relax, socialize, and stay active. Today, we stay close to home with the Elite Dermatology Retail Expansion Project in Fulshear, Texas. Situated within the Cross Creek subdivision's retail area, this single-story, steel-framed building spans approximately 13,660 square feet. The design features wide flange girders and square HSS columns as main structural supports, with an open web steel joist and metal decking roof assembly. Construction began in early October 2024, with an expected completion within six months. This project is a part of Phase 2 of a multi-phase development and has nearly an identical look and feel to match the Phase 1 building located less than 30 ft away. Although similar in appearance, the structural system in Phase 2 allows for greater interior flexibility, accommodating future retail tenants and their evolving needs.   We’re excited to see this project take shape in Cross Creek—stay tuned for more updates as the finish line is not far!
