The Estée Lauder Companies celebrates the 2024 WWD Beauty Inc. Awards with MAC Cosmetics and Balmain Beauty. Olivier Rousteing, Creative Director of Balmain, accepted on behalf of Balmain Beauty for  Les Éternels de Balmain winning Launch of the Year, while Aïda Moudachirou-Rébois, Senior Vice President, General Manager accepted on behalf of MAC Cosmetics for MAC VIVA GLAM winning Philanthropic Initiative of the Year.

To celebrate the #SeasonOfScent, Jo Malone London hosted an iconic holiday pop-up in Covent Garden, London and St. James Quarter, Edinburgh. Visitors to immersed in a festive gameshow-inspired experience which included prizes and more.

TECH MEETS CREATIVITY. This month, ELC IT employees teamed up with Girls Write Now to explore the intersection of tech, creativity, and beauty for our annual IT Day of Service. Dr Nadine Pernodet, Senior Vice President, Bioscience, Advanced Technology Pioneering represented ELC at the Openstreams Foundation Global Beauty Industry Summit at the United Nations, underscoring ELC’s leadership in skin #longevity innovation. “Innovation is the foundation of our company, and we are keeping it at the core of everything we do today,” said Dr. Pernodet. This milestone forum convened global thought leaders to examine how science and shifting demographics are shaping the future of beauty. Longevity is more than a trend—it’s one of the fastest-growing movements in the beauty and wellness industry, and our scientists like Dr. Pernodet are keeping ELC at the forefront of this research.

The Estée Lauder Companies at AFROTECH. This past November, we joined AFROTECH, one of the largest global conferences for Black talent in tech, welcoming over 20,000 innovators. Our Global Talent team, alongside brands and functions like The Ordinary (DECIEM | THE ABNORMAL BEAUTY COMPANY), Aveda, TOM FORD BEAUTY, and IT & Online, embraced a twofold mission: to engage consumers with industry-leading products and connect with prospective talent passionate about redefining beauty and technology.
