Our cup is full as we celebrate another successful and engaging year at Tanger. 2024 brought together our customers, business partners, and communities in unique ways, and we’re grateful for the new relationships and strengthened connections we’ve made. We engaged our shoppers and reinforced brand connections both online and on-site, and we were proud to be recognized by the REIT industry for our effective and timely communication with the investor community. We’re attracting and interacting with new demographics thanks to our welcoming gathering spaces, digital channels, and carefully curated mix of experiential, sought-after brands and dining options. We continued to care for our communities, not just in times of crisis, but also through on-going advocacy programs. And just recently, we were honored to join the Little Rock community as well, with the addition of a second town center to our portfolio. In the year ahead, we’ll continue to pursue growth, meaningful engagement, and more opportunities to deliver the best shopping experiences for our guests and partners. We just took another step in our journey to grow! Today we announced the acquisition of The Promenade at Chenal in Little Rock – our first destination in Arkansas and our second upscale, full-price, open-air lifestyle center. An ideal addition to the Tanger portfolio, The Promenade at Chenal features an appealing mix of national retailers like SEPHORA, lululemon, Kendra Scott, and Athleta, plus state-exclusive stores like Apple, Anthropologie, and Urban Outfitters, along with unique local shops, dining options, and an AMC Theatres IMAX. Tanger continues to spread holiday cheer and warmth, literally one center at a time, through its bespoke traveling Holiday Cheer Truck, sponsored by Crocs, Inc. Twelve of our Tanger centers, from now until December 22, will welcome the Holiday Cheer Truck on site to greet shoppers and new Tanger app subscribers with surprises and delights like hot chocolate and coffee, “Gift Wrap To Go” services, Crocs giveaways, and selfie opportunities – not to mention gift cards for the first 25 shoppers in each truck line. Plus, guests who spot the Holiday Cheer Truck on the road can Text to Win prizes, including up to $1,000 per day in athletic and accessory brand gift cards. “Black Friday is no longer a day. It’s a season,” said Tanger CEO Stephen Yalof in a recent interview with WWD. It’s a great way to characterize the busy holiday shopping weekend at Tanger where Black Friday was celebrated every day in November. Our centers were bustling. Retailers reported strong, consistent sales. Traffic at our centers was higher than last year. And our guests showed up in large groups - eager to be part of an engaging festive atmosphere as they crossed items off their holiday shopping lists. As our biggest shopping event of the year, we owe much gratitude to the hard work and dedication of our center teams, retail partners, and all our supporting team members who helped make this past weekend a great success!

At Tanger, we’re celebrating #BlackFriday all month long with the best deals of the year on consumers’ beloved brands. This coming weekend promises even more ways to save, with up to 70% off many holiday must-haves. At Tanger, we’ve continued to take meaningful steps to address the impacts of climate change and to provide for the well-being of the communities our centers serve. This year, we’ve achieved additional recognition from national certification programs that verify the progress we’re making. We’re proud to have Tanger Outlets Nashville become our 20th shopping center to achieve U.S. Green Building Council #LEED certification. The center has also earned the WELL Health-Safety Rating from the International WELL Building Institute (IWBI), and we are committed to continuing to grow our participation in both programs. We also are honored to be able to better serve our communities in times of crisis by participating in the #StormReady program and to have been named a "Weather-Ready Nation" Ambassador.
