  • We're excited to see this transformative project take shape. As the design team behind The Residences at Table Talk Square, we’re honored to contribute to spaces that capture the vibrant spirit of the Polar Park area. Collaborating with such an exceptional team has been a privilege, and we look forward to seeing this vision come to life.

In the shadow of the new Polar Park, SMC is investing in the future of this area. The Residences at Table Talk Square will be home to 185 Market Rate apartments, over a double parking podium, and will feature two elevated courtyard patio areas. This exciting project is sandwiched between the Canal District of Green Street, and the ballpark on Washington Street. Just three, or four blocks towards the thriving downtown area is SMC Management Corp.'s Residences on Madison. Bozzuto has broken ground on this project, and the Support of Excavation is moving along very well with Sea & Shore (who will support the existing foundation wall & allow the team to excavate for the new foundations for our 102 unit Market Rate Project which sits above a first floor podium that will house the leasing space, a couple of retail spaces, and an interior electric vault (something we have never done before). We are excited to also be partnering with Market Square Architects on both of these amazing projects. JSN Associates, LLC; Studio59east https://lnkd.in/e4vJAsiw

  • We are thrilled to have contributed to the design of The Residences at Hadley Falls alongside SMC Management Corp. and the talented team at Market Square Architects! It’s exciting to see such meaningful development in Goffstown, especially with the adaptive reuse of the historic mill. This project blends the charm of the past with the promise of the future, offering premium living spaces with stunning views and modern amenities. Proud to be part of this revitalization effort and the much-needed housing expansion in New Hampshire.

Lighting up downtown Goffstown. 🎇 What was once an old mill is now alight with new life. The Residences at Hadley Falls has 99 premium rental units in two new buildings and the renovated former mill, which retains its historic characteristics. Residents have beautiful views of the Piscataquog River, Glen Lake Dam and the hills beyond, and access to nearby restaurants, retail and the Goffstown rail trail. We were honored to design this thoughtful contribution to the much-needed housing pool in NH, while being able to preserve and repurpose a historic building. This 152,200 sf complex now stands as a valuable piece of the local revitalization. Our thanks to SMC Management Corp., PC Construction Company and our other project team members including The Dubay Group, Inc., JSN Associates, LLC, Consulting Engineering Services (CES), and Kalin Associates Inc. for contributing to its success. 🎉 See more: t.ly/RlV6E and t.ly/bjAg5

  • We’re proud to highlight the success of 1550 on the Charles in Boston, completed in the summer of 2022. This multifamily project exemplifies our dedication to marrying modern design with a deep connection to its natural surroundings. The design of 1550 on the Charles is inspired by the serene beauty of the Charles River, seamlessly integrating natural elements with contemporary aesthetics. The blue and yellow hues, reflecting the river’s calming and vibrant tones, create a distinctive and inviting atmosphere throughout the property. Each residence features high-quality finishes including quartz countertops, hardwood-style flooring, and chef-inspired kitchens. Modern dual-tone cabinetry and oversized windows enhance the contemporary appeal, while private balconies, views of the Charles River, and spacious walk-in closets offer added luxury. With full-sized washer/dryer units, stainless steel appliances, smart thermostats, and smart locks, the apartments combine convenience with style. The property includes standout amenities such as a rooftop lounge with panoramic views of Boston and the Charles River, a courtyard with a fire pit and grilling stations, a co-working lounge, and a conference room. The community clubroom, complete with a billiards table and board game area, adds a touch of leisure and entertainment. 1550 on the Charles stands as a testament to refined multifamily living, offering a blend of design sophistication and functional luxury. For real estate professionals and property management groups, this project exemplifies how thoughtful design can elevate the living experience. • The Freebird Motor Lodge in West Yarmouth, MA, opened its doors over the July 4th weekend, 2023, following extensive renovations. This 84-room boutique motel has been transformed into a curated experience that celebrates the rebel heart and restless spirit. Inspired by Lynyrd Skynyrd’s iconic “Free Bird,” our design blends vintage nostalgia with modern, playful elements. The guest rooms resemble elevated camper vans, featuring built-in benches, multifunctional TV units, and cozy niches that invite relaxation. The vibrant color palette, classic patterns, and thoughtful details create a welcoming space for travelers. The common areas extend this narrative with amenities like custom cabanas with sunbeds, a stunning pool area, and a custom tiled fire pit with the words "Light My Fire" etched around it. The pool area, in particular, serves as a focal point of the lodge, offering a refreshing retreat with a vibrant, colorful backdrop. The combination of comfortable seating, lush greenery, and a beautifully designed pergola creates an inviting atmosphere for relaxation and socializing. The quote on the pool area wall, "...and this bird you cannot change," further reinforces the lodge's theme, celebrating the spirit of freedom and individuality. Our goal was to create an immersive environment that evokes a sense of freedom and adventure, paying homage to the spirit of the 1970s while offering all the conveniences of a modern boutique hotel. The Freebird Motor Lodge stands as a testament to what a dedicated team of creatives can achieve — a unique and inspiring destination that invites guests to drift, wonder, and dream. • After beginning the process in 2022, we are thrilled to share that our most recent design project Salem Waterfront Hotel has completed an extensive renovation. Located in the heart of downtown Salem on the historic Pickering Wharf, the hotel is within walking distance of Salem’s most popular attractions. This prime location served as a significant inspiration for our design transformation, aimed at evoking the elegance and charm of a high-end yachting experience while embracing Salem's rich maritime history. Our design intent was to create a space reminiscent of the ocean, utilizing nautical touches and soothing blue hues throughout the property. We aspired to transform the hotel into a nautical contemporary retreat, leveraging its waterfront location to inspire a cohesive and curated experience in all areas, from the guestrooms to the common spaces. Custom rope artwork, nautical alphabet flags, vintage bathing suit displays, stripes, wicker elements, and shiplap on the fireplace were incorporated to reflect the essence of maritime life.
