Safety isn’t just something we talk about—it’s the foundation of everything we do. Because every project we take on is about more than deadlines and deliverables. It’s about our people, their families, and the communities we serve. That’s why we created CREW360. It’s not just a program. It's a commitment to proactive safety measures that protect everyone on-site. From morning briefings to end-of-day check-ins, CREW360 keeps safety at the forefront of every decision. When our team works safely, the impact we create together is stronger, longer-lasting, and truly meaningful. At Stacy Witbeck, we believe in building safely for our projects and each other. Because when safety leads, everyone wins.

This year has been a milestone for Stacy Witbeck. It marked our first full year as a 100% employee-owned company. A new chapter of shared ownership that strengthens our foundation and opens doors to new opportunities. We launched a new training center located in Salt Lake City. Estimating, training, recruiting, and operations activities are now centrally situated at a Delta hub that reaches coast to coast. Pre-construction was a significant focus in 2024 for six major transportation projects in Los Angeles, Las Vegas, Salt Lake City, Portland, and Baltimore to set the stage for successful construction. Out in the Northwest, we celebrated the successful completion of bringing several projects into revenue operations on time and on budget. None of this happens without trust. From our clients who count on us to deliver. To our joint venture partners who collaborate every step of the way. And to our teams, whether in the office or boots on ground, who show up and deliver day after day. Thank you all! It’s been a big year, and we’re ready to build on the momentum from 2024. Here’s to what’s next! #StacyWitbeck

The strongest structures start with the strongest partnerships. Partnerships create more than just a framework for collaboration. They set the tone for the entire project. Clear communication means fewer surprises. Shared accountability drives smoother execution. And mutual respect transforms obstacles into opportunities. Our clients know they have a partner who’s just as invested in their goals as they are. They trust that we’re building solutions tailored to their vision. Where every decision and step forward is taken with their success in mind. This is why we value strong partnerships. Because great projects aren’t built alone. They’re built together.

The roads we drive on. The bridges that connect our cities. The transit systems that keep us moving forward. None of it exists without the skill and dedication of our front-line workers. Our craft workers are the core of our business, working through early mornings, unpredictable weather, and demanding tasks to ensure our infrastructure stands strong for generations. These sacrifices ripple through our communities, creating spaces that unite people and power our daily lives. Every individual who chose this vital work on our projects has our deepest gratitude. Your expertise and commitment inspire us. Your hard work fuels progress. To all our craft workers: thank you for laying the groundwork for a better tomorrow. We couldn’t do any of this without you.

Huge milestone for Salt Lake County and Utah Transit Authority! The $62.8M Midvalley Express will bring the region a 7-mile, all-electric BRT line. This investment will improve mobility, strengthen local communities, and drive long-term growth. Congratulations to the team, and we look forward to supporting the next phase of this impactful project.
Big news for Salt Lake County: Today, FTA Deputy Administrator Veronica Vanterpool signed a $62.8 million grant agreement with Utah Transit Authority to build the Midvalley Express, a 7-mile, 15-station all-electric BRT line. With dedicated bus lanes and traffic signal priority, the line will offer fast and frequent service while spurring economic development near activity centers like Valley Fair Shopping Center and Intermountain Medical Center. Fare-free for its first 5 years, it will also connect students at Salt Lake Community College, riders using FrontRunner and TRAX, and future Olympic visitors to the 2034 Games. bit.ly/41HSwIu

What are your teams’ favorite new technologies on the job site? Our Southern California crews are using a fully electric, hydraulic-driven Dynapac double-drum roller to cut job site emissions and lower water consumption due to the efficient moisture placement system. It’s just one way to improve the environmental impact in the communities we work in.

Ownership changes everything. When every team member has a stake in the outcome, it’s not just a project—it’s personal. At Stacy Witbeck, our ESOP structure means we’re all owners. Every decision, every detail, and every deadline carries our name and pride. For our clients, this translates into a commitment you can see and trust. It’s the confidence that your project will be delivered by people who care deeply about the result. Because when we build, we’re building for each other, too. From the first handshake to the final walkthrough, our teams bring the highest level of dedication and effort. Not just because it’s our job—but because it’s our company.

Our Shiloh Equipment Maintenance Facility (EMF) team recently completed a critical track shutdown for DART (Dallas Area Rapid Transit) in Plano, TX. This will soon serve as a temporary storage track for DART, a key step forward for the project. We also installed the last 60 H piles for a new retaining wall. This structure sets the stage for excavation on the wash and EMF building. Every milestone like this reflects the hard work and dedication of our team. These efforts are paving the way for a project that will serve the community for years to come.

We enjoyed hosting high school students from the ACE Mentor Program Thousand Oaks/Westlake Village region at the Trancas Bridge Replacement job in Malibu. Charlene Suarez and Billy Delpit guided the students through a behind-the-scenes look at construction in action. They explored formwork for pier caps, structure backfill at the abutments, and the meticulous work behind excavation and grading. The group's curiosity was inspiring, with questions about t everything from the project itself to the industry at large. We're always proud to invest in the next generation of construction professionals looking to continue creating our nation's infrastructure, and look to do so however we can. Thank you Billy, Charlene, and all the students who attended!

The teams on the ground make our projects thrive. Kathy and Cicelia showed this in droves as part of our JV with Kiewit and Hoffman Construction Company on the Lynnwood Link Extension. Taking different routes to the trades show that with a willingness to put in the effort, there’s room for everybody to be successful in contributing essential work to vital projects. Sound Transit recently featured the two in a story on how they moved from pre-apprenticeship programs to vital members of our teams. Read their full story here: https://hubs.ly/Q02_1HB60
