We enjoyed hosting high school students from the ACE Mentor Program Thousand Oaks/Westlake Village region at the Trancas Bridge Replacement job in Malibu. Charlene Suarez and Billy Delpit guided the students through a behind-the-scenes look at construction in action. They explored formwork for pier caps, structure backfill at the abutments, and the meticulous work behind excavation and grading. The group's curiosity was inspiring, with questions about t everything from the project itself to the industry at large. We're always proud to invest in the next generation of construction professionals looking to continue creating our nation's infrastructure, and look to do so however we can.
