We've all had those moments—when the blueprint makes perfect sense until you hit the job site, or when "just a small change" turns into a full-blown project overhaul. But that's the beauty of what we do—every challenge is just another opportunity to showcase our resilience, creativity, and yes, sometimes our ability to laugh in the face of chaos. So, here’s to the unsung heroes of construction—who measure twice, cut once, and always seem to find that last-minute solution that saves the day. "I'm incredibly honored to present this individual for employee of the month this month. He's been a pivotal piece in the Builder Services division for many years now. He's a perfectionist on the jobsite and for those of you who know, builder service jobs are very simplistic jobs so small details really stand out. As you can see we have a lot of new faces here in the crowd as well, he's been a pivotal piece in recruiting guys to come to GRO and expand our family. Most recently he's been given an opportunity to work with a new builder, New Tradition, on one of their remodel projects and he absolutely knocked it out of the park. He did such a good job that we've been contracted to do their new subdivision. More work, more people! And a couple years ago, to show that he is a perfectionist, he actually went one full year without a warranty on a jobsite. So, for going above and beyond, Manual Ramos Garcia!" - Manager Michael C.
