About us

SBA Communications Corporation is a leading independent owner and operator of wireless communications infrastructure including towers, buildings, rooftops, distributed antenna systems (DAS) and small cells. With a portfolio of high-quality and exclusive communications sites throughout the Americas, Africa and in Asia, SBA is listed on NASDAQ under the symbol SBAC. SBA is part of the S&P 500 Index and is one of the top Real Estate Investment Trusts based on market capitalization. An industry leader with more than 35 years of experience and expertise, SBA has participated in the creation of the shared infrastructure model for carriers that helped to facilitate the expansion of the mobile industry. Our commitment to Building Better Wireless® includes: • Leasing antenna space on our multi-tenant towers and other structures to a variety of wireless service providers under long-term lease contracts. We build our towers at the request of wireless carriers, leveraging our in-house experience in site acquisition, zoning and construction. • Assisting wireless service providers and operators in developing their own networks through site acquisition, zoning, construction and equipment installation. • Working with property owners to strategically develop and monetize the wireless infrastructure potential of their real estate assets. SBA also currently manages communication site locations on behalf of third-party landlords. We are an Equal Opportunity Employer. Our teams helped close out the 2024 SBA Cares philanthropic program by volunteering with three incredible nonprofits focused on animal welfare, food insecurity, and children’s services. In West Palm Beach, the Engineering team supported Peggy Adams Animal Rescue League by preparing meals, cleaning the kennels, and spending quality time with the animals. Our Sales team volunteered with Boca Helping Hands, filling pantry bags with canned and dry goods and preparing fresh meals. Finally, our Site Administration team made the holiday season bright by assisting with the set-up for the 4KIDS “Santa’s Workshop” Toy Store, where foster and adoptive parents can select gifts for their children. We thank our team members for their dedication to #ChangeLives in their communities.
