We're wrapping up our 2024 Year in Review with one final highlight: our acquisition of SecureAire, LLC. This acquisition has allowed us to expand our product suite with advanced air filtration solutions. SecureAire's electrically enhanced filters provide the same high performance of MERV-13 filters, yet consume much lower energy due to lower static pressure vs. traditional filters. Besides a reduction in their energy costs, customers also save on maintenance and labor due to SecureAire filters lasting 2-4 times longer than the industry standard. Want to learn more? We continue our Year in Review with another exciting highlight from 2024! R-Zero Connect Occupancy Insights launched, providing customers granular utilization data insights at the desk, room, floor, and real estate portfolio level. Our latest feature release, Exit/Entry Counting, enables real-time monitoring of occupancy flow in and out of spaces. This provides insights for existing customers as well as a new customer segment-the owner/operator, and launches our capabilities for HVAC controls based on actual occupancy. This year at R-Zero, we made significant strides in innovation, and we're excited to highlight some of them with you. First up: Indoor Air Quality and Comfort Monitoring Sensors launched this year, providing comprehensive indoor air quality tracking of key metrics including CO2, particulate matter (PM), VOC, formaldehyde, and comfort indicators like temperature, humidity, noise, light, and pressure.  The metrics provided highlight key indicators of fault, comfort, or risk, directly impacting daily business operations. For instance, elevated CO2 levels can cause drowsiness and a decline in performance, increased PM may signal the need for HVAC filter replacement, high temperatures could indicate an HVAC system fault, and pressure changes might lead to adverse clinical outcomes. By proactively addressing these signals, businesses can create comfortable and efficient environments.
