Exciting progress is being made at the Phoenix HS Classroom Addition! The steel is fully erected, and the metal deck is nearing completion. Our MEP trade partners are hard at work, dropping hangers through the deck to prepare for the first floor above-ceiling rough-in.   On the ground level, we're finishing up diamond pour-backs, officially marking the completion of the slab-on-grade. Construction officially began last month for the City of Stockton's Victory Park Pool!   CWS Construction has been busy clearing the site, installing tree and SWPPP protection and locating underground utilities. The old pool house has been demolished and excavation for the new pool house is in full swing. It feels like just yesterday we celebrated the groundbreaking at Cottonwood Creek K-8, and now this incredible 12,000 SF facility is officially open! The gym boasts basketball, volleyball, and badminton courts, scoreboards, retractable bleachers, a sound system, restrooms, locker rooms, coach offices, and more! We’ve also made significant site improvements, including upgraded utilities, fire lane modifications, a revamped soccer field, accessible paths, bike racks, relocated playground, and sustainable landscaping. We’re incredibly proud to have been part of this transformative project and so grateful to everyone who helped make it a reality. The new Agriculture Science, Viticulture Facility at Las Positas College, located at the northeast corner of the campus, is comprised of instructional areas, hospitality areas, faculty offices, an outdoor patio area, wine production rooms, and cold storage rooms. The new facility is split between two single-story buildings: a dedicated Winemaking Building and a Classroom Building. After over a year of construction, this beautiful facility is now occupied, and we are excited for LPC Viticulture Program to experience their new facility.
