>> The True Anatomy of a Brand: Too many people confuse branding with flashy visuals and sleek websites. But that’s just surface-level thinking. Check out Kevin Russell the great brain behind this powerful visual reminder. A real brand is an experience, a journey—here’s what truly defines it: 📌 Emotional Connection: Your brand is the feelings you evoke, the bonds you create. It's about resonating deeply with your audience. 📌Memorable Experiences: It’s not just about what you offer; it’s about how you make people feel. Every interaction leaves an imprint. 📌Reputation: Your brand is what people say about you when you’re not in the room. It’s built on credibility, consistency, and excellence. 📌Trust and Promises: A brand is a promise kept. It’s the trust you earn by delivering on what you say—every single time. 📌Storytelling: Your brand is the narrative you craft as you chase your vision. It’s the story that unfolds with every step you take. 📌Core Values: It’s the principles you stand by, even when no one is watching. These values guide your decisions and shape your brand identity. 📌Communication: How you convey your message defines your brand. It’s not just what you say, but how you say it that counts. 📌Workplace Culture: Your brand is reflected in the culture you cultivate. It’s the environment you create that inspires and empowers your team. 📌Distinct Identity: A brand is what sets you apart. It’s the unique blend of characteristics that differentiates you from the competition. 📌Vision: It’s the future you’re building towards, the big picture that drives your actions every day. These elements are the heartbeat of your brand—they shape the entire brand experience. Remember, a logo is just the tip of the iceberg. Your brand’s true power lies in its depth. Dive deeper, and your brand will resonate longer. What part of your brand needs more focus? Let's discuss in the comments! 👇 --- ♻️ Repost this to help others in your network. In a recent study done by WAV Group, it was discovered that close to 50% of buyers think their agent spent less than 15 hours to successfully get them into a home. In reality, agents spend on average 80-100 hours per purchase transaction ‼️ Why the disconnect? 💲Agent's haven't had to articulate what they do for their buyers, as pre- National Association of REALTORS® settlement it was widely assumed that the agent's compensation was going to be covered by the seller (so why would the buyer care??) 🚚 As consumers, we're used to understanding the services we pay for. If we order on Amazon, we know what's happening through the process until the good gets to our door. It's time to fix the disconnect Follow the yellow dot... www.rayse.com 🟡 #realestate #homeownership #narsettlement #commissionlawsuits

Have you seen the guidelines & FAQ that the National Association of REALTORS® published on their site? ➡️ https://lnkd.in/gVPFCbpR It specifically states for buyers "Before signing this agreement, you should ensure it reflects the terms you have negotiated with your agent and that you understand exactly what services and value will be provided, and for how much." How are your agents making their services stand out for the fees they want to charge? For hundreds of brokers and their thousands of agents nationwide including NextHome, Inc., RE/MAX, Seven Gables Real Estate, Red Oak Realty, Coldwell Banker Village Properties, and broker members of California Regional MLS (CRMLS), PHOENIX REALTORS®, REsides, Inc., and Canopy MLS- they're using Rayse to not only win, but retain buyers. And recruit the agents that are struggling with the changes and looking for more support. Follow the yellow dot... www.rayse.com 🟡 #realestate #homeownership #narsettlement #commissionlawsuit

Earlier this week, HousingWire shared an article for loan officers on how to get real estate agents to trust them. It's simple: being proactive and communicate. It's not just the LOs > agents. People in general- your customers, your business partners... we've become accustom to transparency & convenience in our day to day transactions. With the recent NAR Settlement, agents are upping their game to show their true value and combat the commission pressure our industry is starting to see. If agents are elevating their buyer's experience, LOs will have to keep up for agents to want to share that business. 70% of consumers are willing to pay MORE for convenience and customer service. Rayse is helping agents provide this experience for their customers. Lenders- what are you doing for your agent partners to help? We'd love to hear from mortgage influencers in the space like Greg Sher, Brian Vieaux, Kyle Draper💡, Jake Vermillion, Sue Woodard, Shant Banosian, Raquel Borras🤘🏼, Dave Savage #realestate #mortgage #narsettlement #commissionslawsuits #homeownership
