We were heartbroken to witness the devastation caused by the South Fork and Salt Fires in Lincoln County, New Mexico this summer. Not only because we value being an active part of the community, but because our team members have roots in the region. On behalf of all our employees in New Mexico, Pattern Energy made a $25,000 donation to The Shelter Fund at the Community Foundation of Lincoln County to be used to directly support residents of Lincoln County who were impacted by the fires and flooding. The amazing crew at The Shelter Fund has been instrumental in rebuilding efforts, and we were honored to support our neighbors. https://lnkd.in/ejQdbJ3t #PatternEnergy #PatternGives #SunZia #WesternSpirit #GradyWind #BroadviewWind #Sustainability

We are proud to have supported the establishment of the Bahsahwahbee National Monument earlier this year by relinquishing a portion of land from our Spring Valley Wind project! Three Tribal nations – the Confederated Tribes of the Goshute Reservation, Duckwater Shoshone Tribe, and Ely Shoshone Tribe (Tribes) – in eastern Nevada are working to preserve and commemorate this sacred place within the National Park System. We know that creating this national monument will create a path to a more equitable world and enhance public understanding of America’s story. By working together with the Tribes and the Bureau of Land Management, this national monument will ensure that Bahsahwahbee remains a place of reverence that inspires generations of partnership and friendship. https://lnkd.in/eUHAHwhW #Indigenous #PatternEnergy #PatternGives #SpringValleyWind #Sustainability

This August marked 15 years since we formed a brand-new renewable energy company – Pattern Energy. We had a dream to build a different kind of energy company, one that could evolve beyond the typical company financing and closing deals. It was our chance to build a values-driven team with the boldness and talent to tackle complex projects, the commitment to deliver on our promises, and the vision to lead the transition to renewable energy. As the year draws to a close, we want to thank you for being part of our journey and invite you to celebrate the new year with us as we look to the milestones ahead! https://lnkd.in/evWPe_Xd #PatternEnergy #PatternAnniversary #Sustainability

We are excited to share that Pattern Energy is set to welcome new investment partners. An investor consortium led by APG Asset Management N.V. (APG), representing Pensioenfonds ABP—the largest Dutch pension fund—and Australian Retirement Trust (ART), will join CPP Investments | Investissements RPC and Pattern’s management as owners, following the acquisition of Riverstone Holdings’s equity stake in the company. “APG’s and ART’s financial strength and commitment to the business will strengthen Pattern’s position as we rise to the challenge of meeting North America’s rapidly growing energy needs,” said Hunter Armistead, CEO at Pattern Energy. “Adding partners of this caliber that are aligned with Pattern’s vision and bring supplemental growth capital to help scale our platform is a testament to the quality of Pattern’s culture, projects and team.” This milestone is an exciting step as we advance our work delivering clean, reliable, and sustainable energy across North America. Pending regulatory approvals, the transaction is expected to close in the first half of 2025. https://lnkd.in/gDjRgQ-9
