Happy Friday - & happy Hiring! 🦜📈 We're officially welcoming Brett Davies as our newest Parroteer on the GTM team in #Michigan! Growing up in Detroit metro, he was immersed in the world of hockey from a young age. This passion for sports, along with his love for hunting and the outdoors, shaped his character and his work ethic. After graduating from University of Dayton (#goflyers) he pursued the "marathon that is" law school. Tough courses shaped his perspective and career trajectory. He had aspirations of working in sports agency, but his career path took a turn towards a PI firm in Southfield. Litigation was interesting, but he quickly realized it didn't align with his long-term goals. Quick shift change ⛸️ and he skated to towards #Legaltech. Starting at Thomson Reuters and a couple more stops along the way, we're glad to have him at Parrot to leverage his legal background and deep understanding of the challenges law firms face. Attorneys are a tough to faceoff against, but Brett knows there are no secrets: they generally know what they want, you need to establish trust and understand specific pain points, and build a great legal network. 👨💼🤝👩💼 Outside of work, Brett enjoys time with family—2 cute daughters and one peewee hockey son.
