With 871 attendees, over 2,500 messages exchanged through the app, more than 300 photos shared, and 135 outstanding speakers, it was truly a memorable event.   • Welcome, Zachary Jett of Butler Weihmuller Katz Craig LLP, to the 2025 NASP Board of Directors. Zachary M. Jett joined Butler Weihmuller Katz Craig, LLP in 2013 and is a partner in the Charlotte, North Carolina office. Zach focuses his practice exclusively on Large Loss Property Subrogation and Recovery. His litigation experiences are in catastrophic loss, construction defect, and products liability matters. His trial experience includes successful jury verdicts, as well as tens of millions of dollars recovered for clients. He routinely presents on subrogation topics at conferences nationwide. Zach graduated from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in 2005 and received his Doctor of Jurisprudence, cum laude, from the Mississippi College School of Law in 2009. He is licensed to practice law in state and federal courts of MS, NC, SC, TN, and VA. When not practicing law, Zach and his wife enjoy playing with their 2 daughters, cheering for the Tar Heels and Carolina Panthers, and planning the next family trip to the beach.   • Welcome, Jason Wright of Arch Insurance Group Inc., to the 2025 NASP Board of Directors. Jason Wright is an accomplished insurance professional with a history of success and experience in project management and business consulting. He is highly skilled in operational improvements, efficiency and productivity using creative thinking and strong business acumen. Known for outstanding operational management skills, Jason has the ability to manage multiple projects ensuring timely deliverables within pre-set cost parameters. Jason is the head of Recovery and Compliance at Arch Insurance in Jersey City, NJ, where he oversees subrogation, arbitration, third-party deductibles, salvage, and special investigations. Before joining Arch, Jason held leadership roles in claims and process management at State Farm, Liberty Mutual, Nationwide, and CNA Insurance, focusing on continuous improvement and collaboration. He earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Delaware and his law degree from Delaware Law School - Widener University, and he is licensed to practice law in New Jersey and Pennsylvania. Outside of work, Jason enjoys playing guitar, exploring different music genres, and cheering on all of the Philadelphia sports teams.   • Welcome, Jeremy Jones, Esq. of YA Group, to the 2025 NASP Board of Directors. Jeremy is the Director of Litigation Support Services, at YA Group where he has various responsibilities, including recruitment, training, business development, and strategic growth. Prior to joining Young & Associates, Jeremy was a subrogation attorney for fourteen years, where his practice focused primarily on investigating and litigating catastrophic claims arising from product defects, negligent construction, and professional malpractice. Jeremy served four years with the Army's 82nd Airborne Division, 3/504th Parachute Infantry Regiment at Fort Bragg, N.C. While at Western Carolina University, Jeremy served four years with the North Carolina National Guard’s 210th Military Police Company. Following law school, Jeremy joined the Federal Bureau of Investigation and was assigned to FBI HQ in Washington, D.C. Jeremy served a portion of his time with the FBI in the Criminal Investigative Division’s Office of Assistant Director, which was responsible for oversight and strategic planning of investigations involving financial crimes, public corruption, organized crime, civil rights violations, and violent crimes. The balance of Jeremy’s time with the FBI was served in the Critical Incident Response Group’s Crisis Negotiation Unit, which is responsible for hostage negotiations when an American citizen is kidnapped internationally.
