  • There must be a better way to predict in-market success, right? According to Harvard Business Review, American families stick to the same 150 household items for 85% of their needs. If you want to break into that remaining 15%, your new products have to stick. But less than 3% of new CPG products succeed after launch and beyond CPG, it's not any better. 95% of new products fail, and 93% of startups fold within three years. Why such an abysmal success rate? So, in this video, let's chat about process.
