We’re thrilled to announce the close of our $475,000 pre-seed financing! Backed by industry leaders, BLV community members, and professional athletes, this funding empowers us to design and launch our first product, grow our in-stadium presence, and expand our community impact. We kicked off the round in May following the Flywheel Investment Conference, where we secured our first investment from the Flywheel Fund. Jose Oglesby, owner of the AppleSox and member of the fund, followed on with an additional investment. Mentors and investors including Brenden Bixler and Andreas Pafitis also signaled their early support. Anu and Satya Nadella invested in August, bringing a depth of leadership, technological vision, and shared commitment to accessibility. Satya’s leadership as Chairman and CEO of Microsoft inspires our team, and we’re eager to continue learning from his example. In September, investors from Oregon Sports Angels (OSA), joined and led the round. Their concrete values, passion for sports, and industry expertise aligned with us from the start. A special thanks to Caleb Ginsberg for championing our team and mission. Milessa Lowrie and Jed Lowrie invested alongside OSA, representing the world of professional athletics. We closed the round with Chris Evans, Andrea Joseph, and Sandeep Singhal of Seattle’s Alliance of Angels, and Peter Tomozawa, minority owner and former president of Business Operations at the Seattle Sounders. Their mentorship has had an immediate impact! The outpouring of support from our investors has multiplied our velocity and strengthened our team. We are honored to steward these investments and energized to earn the next year of progress! Congratulations to Jerred M., Antyush Bollini, and Simon Dey, and each member of our team for their imprint on the fundraising process. We are also grateful for the steadfast support of our counsel Jonathan Shallow. Follow us or join our newsletter to stay up to date on our progress! https://www.onecourt.io/

OneCourt’s tactile broadcast brings live sports to fans with Blindness and Low Vision.
About us
OneCourt is making live sports more accessible to fans with Blindness or Low Vision. Most fans today rely on audio description from the radio, but it fails to convey spatial details like ball and player position in real-time. We’ve worked with the Blind and Low Vision community to design a haptic device that conveys hard-to-describe details through spatial vibration and generative audio. #SportsAreForEveryone

In May, I had the privilege of speaking at the Sports Loft Summit in London. As follow up, I recently sat down with sports industry gurus Charlie Greenwood and Yanni Andreopoulos to dive deeper into the OneCourt journey and our recent work with T-Mobile and Major League Baseball (MLB). Also, special thanks to Daniel Smith and Andy Selby at Sports Loft for all their efforts in putting this together. Listen to the episode using the link below!
More than 250 million people worldwide live with blindness or a visual impairment – including ~7 million in the US alone. But despite around 30% of this community being avid sports fans, few tools exist to help them engage with their favourite sports. That’s where OneCourt comes in. The innovative haptic device allows fans to follow sporting action by feel, converting live game data into a series of moving vibrations. In this week’s Sports Loft Podcast, Yanni Andreopoulos and Charlie Greenwood chat with Antyush Bollini, co-founder and COO of OneCourt. Spun out of the University of Washington, OneCourt recently worked with T-Mobile at the MLB All-Star Game and is now finalising its latest investment round, with backers like Microsoft CEO Satya Nadella on board. 🎧 Listen here: https://pod.fo/e/25dc3d

We are thrilled to share another major milestone for OneCourt! We collaborated with Major League Baseball (MLB) and T-Mobile on a commercial that aired during Home Run Derby on ESPN. During All Star Week, fans experienced baseball through OneCourt's device. Thank you to MLB, T-Mobile, and our fans for making this all possible. This achievement marks a significant step forward in our mission to enhance the fan experience through innovative technology. The fans' excitement and enhanced understanding of the game reaffirm our commitment to transforming the way we engage with live sports. We are currently planning activations in the MLB, NBA and NFL for the current and upcoming seasons, and are eager to launch into the NHL soon. Julio Rodriguez is shown making a diving catch in the outfield. Then, Laurel, fan and OneCourt user, sits in a dimly lit room with a baseball field in the background as she describes her experience with OneCourt.
