Today we're welcoming Zachary Arias to the team as our new Associate Scientist! Zach holds a Bachelor’s degree in Culinary Science from The Culinary Institute of America (CIA) and has diverse industry experience in the mycological space as well as dairy and plant-based yogurt products. He looks forward to supporting development on interesting new projects at Myco!

For our recent #ClarityBreak, the MycoTechnology team decorated holiday cards for our neighbors at Balfour at Central Park Senior Living. This was a fun and festive way to give back to our community and spread some joy to senior members who may be alone for the holidays. Thank you to the team for creating beautiful, thoughtful cards for each resident!

We are thrilled to welcome Jordi Ferre as MycoTechnology's new Chief Executive Officer, effective January 2, 2025. Jordi brings over 30 years of general management experience in the global food, value-added ingredients, and Agri-tech industries. His extensive commercial expertise will help to guide MycoTechnology through continued growth, including the development and launch of new, naturally derived sugar reduction solutions.
