Several of our property teams hosted fun events for their tenants to spread cheer this holiday season! The team in Kalamazoo, MI, held a “Great Gingerbread Glow Up” competition. Tenants had a week to decorate their gingerbread houses before all tenants voted on the best one during their holiday party. Check out the pictures of the winners, collages of the other entries, and Lillibridge’s Heather Stock and Scott Reamer dressed in festive outfits to greet tenants at the party!

In appreciation of our veterans’ selfless dedication, Lillibridge is celebrating Veterans Day with several special initiatives:   ⭐ Last week, our team partnered with Disabled American Veterans (DAV) to assemble care packages at our Market Leaders Meeting. In the photos, you’ll see the American flag design created by arranging these packages — a symbol of our gratitude.   ⭐ This Thursday, Nov. 14, our Employee Resource Group MOVE (Minorities of Ventas Empowered) is hosting breakfast events at each of our corporate offices, with coffee and breakfast provided by veteran-owned businesses. MOVE will also be gifting customized "Veteran" baseball caps to our veteran employees.   ⭐ Some of our employees have shared their appreciation for veterans in a special tribute video: https://lnkd.in/g7TwSi9c   Thank you to all of our country’s veterans for everything you have done in service to our country!

To celebrate Halloween this week, some of our property teams hosted fun activities for their tenants. It’s always a joy to see our teams and tenants come together for a bit of holiday fun! Here are a few photos from their celebrations.   👻 In Metairie, LA, tenants participated in a door decorating contest. 🍩 The team in Kalamazoo, MI, held their annual apple cider & donut event. 🍭 At the Bon Secours Mercy campus in Richmond, VA, our team at St. Mary’s MOB North dressed up in Halloween costumes and handed out candy to the Pre-K class from the hospital’s daycare.   It looks like everyone had a great time with the candy, costumes, donuts, and decorating!
