Every day, our crew and trade partners ride the ski lift from 7,760 to 9,200 feet to transform the mid-mountain lodge. A year of meticulous planning has led to replacing the existing lodge and constructing an exquisite facility with new kitchen, office, and restaurant spaces.   Successful execution required seamless coordination between Layton, design architects, trade partners, city officials, and Snowbird staff. From late fall footings to spring demolition, we're transforming a complex site with precision and teamwork.   𝐖𝐢𝐭𝐡 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐫𝐢𝐠𝐡𝐭 𝐜𝐨𝐨𝐫𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧, 𝐧𝐨 𝐦𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐭𝐚𝐢𝐧 𝐢𝐬 𝐭𝐨𝐨 𝐡𝐢𝐠𝐡!  

Pedaling with joy this holiday season 🚲🎁   Our #Florida team biked five miles along the Tampa shoreline this weekend during the 13th Annual Winter Wonder Ride with OnBikes, Inc.   As Vice President Whitney Walter and Construction Manager Andy Jodway shared, "The moment we learned of OnBikes, we immediately knew it was a program of importance. We committed to being involved and our team showed up from across Florida. It was our first year, so we learned the ropes of what it means to be a valuable partner moving into 2025, and we are excited to partner with co-founder Julius Tobin for future events in Tampa and beyond. In a bold leap forward for healthcare in Northwest #Florida, HCA Healthcare Fort Walton-Destin Hospital has reimagined its facilities to meet the explosive growth and changing needs of the Panhandle community.   Our team completed a comprehensive hospital transformation, constructing a four-story patient tower that adds 42 critical care beds—including an 18-bed intensive care unit and a 24-bed step-down unit—all while maintaining uninterrupted hospital operations.   𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗷𝗲𝗰𝘁 𝗵𝗶𝗴𝗵𝗹𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁𝘀: • 120-stall, 54,000 SF parking garage expansion • 3,000 SF powerhouse addition • 6,000 SF dietary renovation • Strategically designed for future adaptability   Executing this project required meticulous planning, coordination, and precision to ensure zero disruption to the hospital's critical daily operations, positioning it to serve Northwest Florida for years to come.
