For the 15th year in a row Kobre & Kim partnered with the Association to Benefit Children (ABC), East Harlem. Association to Benefit Children has always been a relentless champion for children and its commitment to protect every child. Since its founding in 1986, ABC has served children struggling with the complex and compounded issues of poverty, hunger, emotional and physical abuse, lack of educational support, homelessness, disabilities, developmental delays, and/or medical fragilities. Each year Kobre & Kim spreads holiday cheer by hosting a pizza and ice cream party and providing a gift to children who attend the after-school program at ABC. This year the Firm gave each child an iPad.

Grassroots Grocery was birthed from necessity in 2020 by Bronx educators who confronted food scarcity in their school community. This nonprofit champions food justice through an innovative model of local engagement, partnering with community leaders to identify and reach families sidestepping traditional food aid systems. Grassroots Grocery mobilizes a volunteer base to deliver nourishment where it's needed throughout Harlem, Upper Manhattan, and the Bronx. They serve nearly 3,000 households every week. Over 50 volunteers from Kobre & Kim's New York team made 1,690 sandwiches on Tuesday, December 10.
