    Reminder: Not all feedback is verbal. 😶 Silence can actually speak volumes. So I make a point to keep an 👀 out for things like: — A customer canceling a meeting 📅 — Skipping an NPS survey 🌟 — Disengaging from the platform (maybe there's a lack of activity, they aren't engaging with new features, or they're spending less time in your app) ⏱️ Behavioral data, usage patterns, and even a lack of activity can generally tell you: — Are you delivering real value? — Is the product meeting customer needs? — Are you still aligned with customer goals? When you listen to the silence, you can reach out before #churn happens.
