Last week we had the pleasure of coming together as a team for our annual holiday celebration. The event was filled with laughter, great food, and most importantly wonderful company – a perfect way to reflect on the achievements of the past year and the exciting opportunities ahead. 2024 has been an amazing year for JWR Construction Services, Inc. and it's all thanks to the dedication, collaboration, and passion of our incredible team and partners. As we look forward to the new year, we’re grateful for the bonds we’ve built and the milestones we’ve reached together. #TBT 2009 - Over the trajectory of JWR Construction Services, Inc. history two of our core markets have been Higher Education and Multifamily. The Rolling Hills Dormitory project at Nova Southeastern University is a perfect example of these two core markets coming together. The Rolling Hills Residence Hall consisted of the renovation of an existing resort complex that had been vacant for three years and converting into a dormitory for college graduate students. The project consisted of one seven-story and one three-story structure representing 309 hotel rooms. The new design houses 373 students consisting of 245 single units, 6 two-person units, and 29 four-person units. This was a fast design/build project completed in just 10 months. #ConstructionExcellence #HigherEducation #Multifamily

#Progress – Very exciting to see this Multifamily/affordable housing project taking shape! Coleman Park Renaissance will include 43 new affordable homes and neighborhood commercial space for minority-owned businesses. Eleven vacant lots, four of them donated by the city of West Palm Beach, will be transformed into apartment buildings. Each building will be three stories and have one, two, and three-bedroom apartments. All of them will be set within a half-mile radius, adding value to the Coleman Park neighborhood. #TBT - July 2022 JWR Construction Services, Inc. successfully completed this transformative multifamily project in Sarasota FL. Lofts on Lemon is a 5-story 128 Unit affordable/workforce housing project with an indoor gym, and a fifth floor large community/media room with a balcony. 52 Units within the project were designated as non-tax credit/workforce housing units with a preference for “Hometown Heroes”a program with a mission to provide housing for local police officers, firefighters, teachers etc.. Topping out ceremonies are a special way to celebrate the hard work, dedication, and teamwork that go into bringing a project to life.
