Since the inception of KD Construction in 1990, we have consistently outperformed as a provider of turnkey building shell systems, delivering high-quality work cost-effectively. Over that period, we have grown to become one of Florida's premier shell contractors, focusing primarily on multi-family rental apartment complexes, condominiums, hotels. Student housing, retirement communities and workforce housing. KD Construction has successfully completed projects representing approximately 60,000 apartment and residential units throughout the Southern United States – and we are positioned to address the needs of clients almost anywhere. We are fully bondable and our average project contract values are in excess of $4,000,000 and the majority of our completed projects every year are executed on behalf of repeat customers.
