The recent announcement introducing new protections for airline passengers who use wheelchairs aligns with our commitment to providing accessible, people-centered guest experiences. As we continue to build an environment that prioritizes inclusivity, we remain committed to offering passengers requiring assistance the freedom and choice to navigate their travel journey with ease. Starting with clear, dropoff locations, curbside wheelchair support, a dedicated check-in lounge, and a TSA lane that's always open for wheelchair users, our terminal is designed to make the journey as seamless as possible. Additionally, our frontline staff, trained in disability confidence, will ensure thoughtful and proactive assistance at every step. Post-security, dedicated support lounges will offer quiet space for guests with additional needs and their companions, as well as access to food and other facilities. At The New Terminal One at JFK, we look forward to welcoming all guests who will travel through our terminal.

Our beautiful headhouse is lit up in green to celebrate the holidays, adding a festive touch to our construction site where our team remains hard at work, rain or shine, to build a new world-class terminal for New York and our nation. Spanning over 2,700 feet along our headhouse's eyebrow, the LED light fixtures' color can be customized and are built to withstand outdoors and harsh weather conditions. Thank you to our partners at AECOM Tishman and Gilston Electrical Contracting LLC and our colleagues Ricardo Pinillos Villaescusa CEng MCIBSE, Antonio Izcara Autillo, Charles Kneaves, Clara Lopez, Luis Inamagua and Carrie Wettstein for their hard work in making this happen. As we celebrate the amazing progress made in 2024, The New Terminal One at JFK continues to re-define the skyline of JFK Airport.

Our team celebrated our win on Tuesday night in The Bond Buyer Deal of the Year awards, alongside our financial sponsors and partners. In June, the New Terminal One successfully concluded a historic $2.55 billion Green Bond issuance, the largest ever municipal bond financing for an airport project. The issuance, together with our $2 billion Green Bond issuance in 2023, was named Northeast Deal of the Year. The transactions, both of which were upsized following high demand from investors, reinforced the capital markets' confidence in the New Terminal One and our ability to serve the growing international air travel demand at JFK Airport. The two Green Bond issuances also reflect our commitment to environmental sustainability, as the funds raised will support our project's contributions to reducing JFK Airport's carbon footprint and improving its overall resiliency.
