Led by professional chefs, students got to step inside kitchens, storerooms, walk-in freezers, and more. They learned about time management, conflict resolution, safety, inventory ordering, and different types of culinary education pathways. The chefs even let the students help prepare a few dishes for lunch! Thank you to Hyatt Regency Seattle for creating such an amazing tour experience for students!
