We’re honored to work with Life Time Fitness and bring another new luxury Life Time Fitness facility to the Phoenix Valley. The 100,000 SF, two-story fitness and wellness structure will integrate group studio classrooms, yoga, cycling, cardio, weightlifting, functional training, spa and sauna amenities, pickleball and tennis courts, childcare services, a kitchen and bar, a pool and outdoor amenities. Hensel Phelps attended the official groundbreaking ceremony for the Columbus Regional Airport Authority New Terminal Project at John Glenn Columbus International Airport. Hensel Phelps teamed with Columbus-based general contractor Elford, Inc which will be an integrated partner throughout the project. Designed by Gensler in partnership with local architect Moody Nolan, the new 1,000,000 SF terminal will increase its capacity to service more than 13 million passengers annually and provide a modern and welcoming gateway to the fast-growing Central-Ohio region. https://ow.ly/GsbS50UwZyQ #Aviation #Columbus

Big news from Tampa International Airport (TPA)! We celebrated the groundbreaking of the highly anticipated Airside D terminal, marking the start of an exciting chapter for TPA. In collaboration with HNTB and Gensler this cutting-edge terminal is designed to prioritize innovation and passenger experience. Airside D will feature 16 gates accommodating both domestic and international flights, two lounges and a variety of dining and shopping options. Once completed, it will be TPA's largest airside, setting a new benchmark for modern, seamless travel. Construction is slated for completion in 2028, and we’re thrilled to share the journey as this state-of-the-art facility takes shape. As we look back on our community engagement and volunteering efforts throughout 2024, our Annual Halloween Charity Golf Fundraiser reminds us of all the good that comes from volunteering and charity fundraising. With support from our industry partners, we raised $212,000 for @UC San Diego Health Bannister Family House, Rady Children's Hospital-San Diego and the UCI Anti-Cancer Challenge. Since the charity golf fundraiser’s inception in 2016, we have raised over $1.3 million for local charities throughout Southern California–thank you to all our sponsors, participating trade partners and volunteers! Leadership Development Forum: Project Superintendents David Haldiman and Jesse Sievers Emerging Leaders Forum: Area Superintendents Cody Young and Landon Newingham Women in Leadership Program: Safety Manager Lauren Miller These rigorous courses, ranging from six months to a year, equip middle, upper and executive-level managers with essential skills in management, communication, public speaking and leadership. The advisory council selects the applicants who have earned the opportunity to participate in the courses. We’re proud of our dedicated and hard-working team!
