This year, NDi chose Grove Cookie Company to bake some delicious treats to send our employees for the holidays. The company is veteran owned, and we asked founder Grayson Hogard 🍪 to provide details of his service for a Veteran Spotlight:
Grayson Hogard served in the Army from 2009 to 2018. He was deployed to Afghanistan from 2011 to 2012 to support Operation Enduring Freedom. Grayson served as a Military Police soldier, and on deployment, was a prison guard at Bagram Airfield in Afghanistan.
“I loved my time in the military, and I took so much away from just my one deployment that it has molded me into who I am today— grateful, humble, and happy to be an American!”
He and his wife Marie launched Grove Cookie Company in 2021 from their townhouse outside Portland, Oregon. They didn't expect much other than selling cookies at the farmers market but were quickly introduced to corporate gifting through the financial services community. Today they have an incredible team of four bakers working with fantastic companies like Amazon, Raymond James, and now NDi!
Thank you for your service, Grayson (and the delicious cookies).
