About us

The GTM Leader Society is a community of Senior Marketing, Sales, and Post-Sales executives at top companies in the San Francisco Bay area. Senior people like to engage with seniors, but such gatherings are limited—and we're changing this. The GTM Leader Society curates a series of invitation-only events. These events range from large Signature Events (150+ attendees) to smaller, more targeted Executive Dinners (15-25 attendees). This initiative, co-developed by AJ Gandhi - CGO of Marlin Equity Partners, Rajiv Parkih - CEO of Position², and Elay Cohen - CEO of SalesHood, aims to foster experience-sharing and collaboration among a group of truly awesome people in GTM.

    The GTM Leader Society hosted a spirited group of Revenue Operations leaders at Anjai "AJ" Gandhi's place for an Omakase style, Jeffersonian dinner. It was wonderful to reconnect with old RevOps friends and make some new friends too. One of the questions discussed at our table was: What value are you realizing from AI today in your GTM? We delved into our experiences using AI throughout the sales funnel, from lead generation to customer renewals. Here are three take-aways from our conversation. ⭐ 1. Enhancing Training and Onboarding Efficiency with AI Coaching: Companies like Copado and Palo Alto are leveraging SalesHood's GenAI coaching solution for real-time, personalized coaching. This approach leads to accelerated onboarding, increased productivity, and a significant reduction in managerial hours spent on pitch and skill coaching. Managers can now spend more time on high value coaching and deal activity. ⭐ 2. The Evolving Landscape of AI Prospecting: While AI prospecting remains largely experimental, our discussion revealed a lack of concrete use cases and single platforms showcasing its benefits in prospecting and pipeline creation. Despite the abundance of AI prospecting tools available, we anticipate industry consolidation and hope for emerging platform leaders to offer a complete end-to-end prospecting solution. ⭐ 3. Leveraging AI for Sales Execution Success: Current applications of AI in sales and success teams include AI-driven Call Recaps with Next Steps, personalized Content Recommendations, and automated creation of Digital Sales Rooms. These tools are proving valuable in enhancing sales and customer success operations. Ping me if you want a demo.
