Meet The Forces Behind Our Success ✨ Audy B. | Industrial Designer II 💭 How long have you been with the company? Just over two years 💭 What do you enjoy most about working at Dynacraft? The people here are top-tier. I always feel so loved and supported by my coworkers both in and outside the office. The community here is incredibly strong and it makes me feel happy to come in. Additionally, the flexibility of Dynacraft when dealing with unexpected events has shown the importance everyone here places on a strong work-life balance. I always feel safe, valued, and cared for. 💭 What does your typical workday look like? Typically I clock in, throw on some music for the room, mark off the day on my calendar, and message my "Coffee Gaggle Gals" group chat with a funny coffee-related meme. After that, I meet with my manager (who is AMAZING) and we discuss what the priorities are for the day. Typically this includes doing some concept sketching, physical prototyping, or creating graphics packages. 💭 What do you consider your biggest accomplishment with Dynacraft? I am proud of several things I've done at Dynacraft! I am torn between my recent promotion to Industrial Designer II or the several items that I've had previewed on Toy Insider. 💭 What’s one hobby you’re passionate about? My current hobby is gardening. This is unfortunate as I kill most of the plants that I touch, despite doing incredibly thorough research to figure out how to care for the plants. Unfortunately, I've gained a reputation for being able to keep plants alive. Truthfully this reputation is upheld due to me replacing the plants before anyone can see them. Maybe one day I will be good at this hobby, but for now, I'm riding on the passion I have for buying plants.

The culture and workplace environment. 💭 What does your typical workday look like? Every day is different. From building samples, helping customer service agents, assisting the product development team, prepping donations, shipping items to the sales team, and 101 other possible projects. 💭 What do you consider your biggest accomplishment with Dynacraft? Developing a functioning process to cycle out unneeded samples from our active inventory to be part of our donations for kids and families that need them. 💭 What’s one hobby you’re passionate about? Video games with my family
