Supporting unemployed & underemployed women on their path to success
About us
Dress for Success Twin Cities believes in empowerment through employment. Unemployed and underemployed women may come seeking professional attire, but they stay for the holistic and engaging programs. The vision of Dress for Success Twin Cities is to significantly increase the number of women who gain and maintain personal and financial stability in order to support themselves and their family. We offer high touch, high impact career and workplace skills development programs for low income women to help them achieve career advancement, career stability and economic sustainability. We believe… …in being a Woman of your Word. We value integrity and believe that being consistent in what you do and say is the foundation of your identity. …every woman has the internal strength and capacity to define her own future. We believe everyone can learn to make wise choices that promote growth, freedom and confidence. …emotional intelligence is core to a person’s success. We understand self-awareness, compassion, self-regulation, empathy, motivation and social skills have significant impact on a person’s life. …every woman needs a network of positive support. We know that women do well when they are valued, respected and treated with care, and when they learn to model these attributes in return.
