Meet Tom Foege, MBA, CCXP! Tom joined Censeo in 2023 as Censeo’s Customer Experience (CX) Practice Lead and quickly made an impact by dramatically improving experiences for our clients. For his effort, he received Censeo’s coveted Outstanding Individual Performance Award. Tom continues to expand Censeo’s CX footprint across the federal government utilizing Censeo’s unique approach to CX improvement that provides clients with a flexible and scalable framework and improves customer and employee experience simultaneously! Outside of work, he has combined his interest in golfing and traveling by golfing at St. Andrews in Scotland, Pebble Beach in California, and Kapalua in Hawaii.

Meet Samantha Steen, MSW, PMP! She joined Censeo in 2022 not only as a PMP, but also as a Master of Social Work (MSW). With this unique skillset, Sam found her niche in mission-driven and socially impactful project management. Currently, she is currently helping to streamline SOPs for Finance and Billing and supporting a Task Force focused on preventing digital discrimination. Sam also contributes to the firm in other areas, such as DEI, and was a co-facilitator in our Women’s History Month chats. Outside of work, her interests include travelling (she recently got back from a 2-week vacation in Greece!), learning new skills or taking classes in things she’s interested in (she has a sign language tutor), watching horror flicks (Happy Halloween!) or learning ways to improve her mental and physical health.
