We are so excited to be sharing an ECVC search!!! It's been a minute! Definitely a sign of a robust year to come on the hiring front!

As we quickly approach year-end, we want to highlight a new 2024 client relationship that has been highly productive for the Cardinal team (and so much fun)! We have made several placements at various levels with Schwartz Sladkus Reich Greenberg Atlas LLP and are very excited to continue partnering with this team in 2025 and beyond. We are mildly obsessed with this picture of the founding partners the night before they launched their firm 10 years ago. Fast forward, they are now 66 lawyers and crushing it!  We can't wait to see what next year brings!

One of our most enjoyable invitations of the year came knocking last month – morning coffee with the illustrious Fried Frank recruiting duo, Justina Gonzalez Fabrizio and Megan Lesser (up from DC!)! It’s awesome to see what our candidates get to see when they interview at One New York Plaza. Honestly, we don’t know what was best – the conversation, the newly renovated offices or the views. Three way tie!
