As we quickly approach year-end, we want to highlight a new 2024 client relationship that has been highly productive for the Cardinal team (and so much fun)! Even the strongest interviewers benefit from interview prep! I spent an hour last night with one of my candidates, preparing for the next day’s interview. It didn’t take an hour because she struggled. Quite the opposite – she is highly persuasive and conversational. But she hadn’t interviewed since law school and interviewing as a lateral, especially as a senior lateral, is MUCH different. We covered so much ground.
