As we quickly approach year-end, we want to highlight a new 2024 client relationship that has been highly productive for the Cardinal team (and so much fun)! We have made several placements at various levels with Schwartz Sladkus Reich Greenberg Atlas LLP and are very excited to continue partnering with this team in 2025 and beyond. We are mildly obsessed with this picture of the founding partners the night before they launched their firm 10 years ago. Fast forward, they are now 66 lawyers and crushing it! Even the strongest interviewers benefit from interview prep! I spent an hour last night with one of my candidates, preparing for the next day’s interview. It didn’t take an hour because she struggled. Quite the opposite – she is highly persuasive and conversational. But she hadn’t interviewed since law school and interviewing as a lateral, especially as a senior lateral, is MUCH different. We covered so much ground.
