At the heart of the Baltimore Together initiative is a commitment to building an economy where all Baltimore residents can thrive. This year, Baltimore ranked #12 nationwide for equity-focused growth, as recognized by the National Equity Atlas. With strong collaboration between the Baltimore Development Corporation and The Equity Brain Trust, supported by The Annie E. Casey Foundation, the City is driving inclusive economic development. BDC’s Board of Directors has also committed to equity-based goals, ensuring that growth benefits all Baltimore residents, especially those in historically underserved neighborhoods.
