Congratulations to our Deputy CEO, Bridget Blount, for this well-deserved honor!
Last night, I had the privilege of being named one of the Baltimore Business Journal's 40 Under 40, and it’s a recognition I hold with deep gratitude. Being recognized for the work I love—advocating for Baltimore’s young people is a testament to the power of perseverance and purpose. If I could speak to 18-year-old Bridget, I’d let her know that the journey will not be easy, but it will be worth it. The box you’re searching for doesn’t exist because you’re creating your own path. A path that challenges norms, reshapes systems and makes space for others to follow. It’s a privilege to do this work at Baltimore's Promise alongside visionary leaders like Julia K. Baez and so many others who inspire me daily. Here’s to breaking barriers, amplifying voices, and building a future where equity and opportunity are truly shared. #40Under40 #BaltimoreBusinessJournal #BaltimoresPromise #DataForEquity #beyonceofdata
