Engaging with customers is key to understanding and addressing their needs as a marketer. This morning, I got to attend a live demo of Aeroseal’s amazing duct sealing technology with a large group of facilities managers and engineers from a major Bay Area health provider. Hearing their detailed questions about the application of the technology in specific healthcare environments, and then seeing their recognition as they saw for themselves how it worked and how it could solve so many problems for them - not least significantly reducing wasted energy and the associated cost and greenhouse gas emissions - was revelatory for me.
