The event celebrated the accomplishments of the Hispanic business community while supporting the future of education. Over the past 19 years, the NYCHCC has awarded more than $190,000 in scholarships to students in need of financial assistance, helping them pursue higher education at accredited universities in the New York City area. AECOM Tishman was honored to be part of the groundbreaking ceremony for the County Yard and Delco Lead Storage and Inspection Facility Project in New Brunswick. NJ TRANSIT CEO Kevin Corbett, Federal Transit Administration Region 2 Administrator Michael Culotta, NJ State Senator Patrick Diegnan, and other local and state officials gathered to mark the milestone. Inspiring the Next Generation of Builders! This week, ACE Mentor Program of Greater NY students visited 255 East 39th Street, a new 20-story residential development under construction by AECOM Tishman. During their visit, students gained firsthand insights into the vital roles and responsibilities of a construction manager and toured the site to observe the progress of various trades at different stages. They learned how coordination across multiple trades ensures a cohesive, safe, and successful project.
